Black Stars midfielder Ebenezer Ofori loaned to Vejie BK from Swedish giants AIK

Former Black Stars midfielder Ebenezer Ofori has sealed a loan deal with the Danish Super Liga outfit until the end of the season.

The Swedish giants AIK has loaned 26 year old Ghanaian midfielder Ebenezer Ofori to Danish top-tier club Vejle BK for the next six months in the ongoing winter transfer window with the possibility of making his deal permanent.

The official statement of the club reads “Vejle Boldklub has signed a lease agreement with the Ghanaian midfielder Ebenezer Ofori, who has been picked up by the Swedish top club AIK Stockholm. The rental agreement is valid for the entire spring season." Ofori returned to the Swedish club AIK from Major League Soccer side New York City FC on a four-year deal in 2020. Ebenezer Ofori said, he has heard a lot about the club (Vejie Boldkulb) and the way the fans cheer them up during matches. he disclosed this after completing the loan deal.

He will have on jersey no.15 at Vejle BK Ofori has played nine times for the senior national team of Ghana with a goal to his credit.
